Classroom Management

     Just like in a typical classroom in the Philippines, students there in Future Integrated School are also naughty and noisy. at first, I find it challenging to manage their behavior inside the classroom but as already build a good relationship with them, I started to find I easy to handle them. also during the individual recitation and other activities, I give prizes to students because I as observe it is also a strategy by my cooperating teacher to motivate students to participate well in the discussion.
