As what I have observed with the teachers in Future Integrated School, I'm touched with how they encourage their students to do their best especially in their studies. They give their students the chance to open up their thoughts and feelings. This helps to relieve the tension in the classroom and removes the stress in the students. Aside from the educational support that they give to their students, they also provide emotional support and guidance which helps to motivate their students to perform well not only inside the four corners of the classroom, but in the outside world as well.
