Curriculum
The curriculum of the Future Integrated School was developed in order to meet the standards set by the Ministry of Education and Training. Aside from their Vietnamese subjects, they also offers English and German language in order to enhance the communication skills of the students. They are offering German language because they are in partnership with a German foundation, which is the one who is helping them to develop the school. Their curriculum can benefit those students that are in transition from other schools, either public or private as well as international, because it will lessen the difficulty in terms of the adjustment in language and norms.
Before I was deployed in the field, I spent almost one week observing my cooperating teacher especially on how she teach students. My cooperating teacher from Future Integrated School is Ms. Ana Rea Lagrosa from Quezon Province, Philippines. She assigned me in two sections of Grade 6 where I'm going to teach English language. She gave me a sample of her lesson plan that will serve as guide for me on how I am going to develop my lesson. This is the sample lesson plan given to me by my cooperating teacher:
