Suggestions for Future Improvement

    In terms of my suggestion on how to improve this program, I suggest that the sending and receiving university should have talk with other especially when it comes to the safety and security of the exchange students. They should also talk about things needed to be settled before the launching of the program. Just like in the our case, instead of a 26-days practicum, it was changed to 21 days because the free visa in Vietnam is only for 21 days. 

    Aside from that, both sides should also talk about giving more time for the actual teaching demonstration instead of giving more time in class observations and tours. As what we have experienced, there is a limited time allotted for teaching demonstrations. And lastly, I suggest to give more opportunities to students to experience this student exchange program because there lots of promising students who deserve to experience this kind of thing.
