Teaching in Class

    Before the start of the class, Ms. Lagrosa greets her students, checks the attendance, and reminds her students regarding their classroom rules. She starts the discussion by reviewing the previous topic and opens the new lesson with a motivational activity by showing of pictures and videos. She then ask the students regarding the pictures or videos she have shown them. 

    After that, she starts the lesson proper by presenting the topic. Since she is teaching English language, and the Vietnamese students were not that good when it comes to English, the whole period revolves around four words that are related to the topic. For example in past tense of verbs, she will introduce first four verbs and give the meaning of those. Next, she give teach the students on how to transform those verbs into their past tense and on how to use them in sentences. Lastly, she will let the students perform an activity regarding the topic. It might be in the form of games or group activities. The class will end after Ms. Ana evaluate the learnings of students using test or recitations.
